  • Attention Seniors:  If you have no yet paid for your cap and gown the cost is $25 and is due ASAP to Ms. Lucidi or Ms. Kerr.
  • SENIORS! Your Post Graduation Plan Form is overdue. If you have not done so already, please return it to Guidance as soon as possible. If you have any questions or need another copy of the form, stop in Guidance and speak with your counselor or Mrs. Newman.
  • Are you highly motivated & interested in law enforcement?  Willingboro Police Department Youth Police Academy Class #8 July 31 – August 18, 2017.  Deadline: June 5, 2017
  • The DHS School Store is now accepting applications for the 2017-2018 school year.  If you are interested in working at the school store, please see Mr. DeLoche in room 228.  All applications are due by June 2nd.
  • Responsible high school students may consider working as a camp counselor for one week during the summer at an historic museum in Westampton NJ. It is a paid job at $25 a day for 5 days. See Mrs. James in guidance if you are interested.
  • Attention all students of the Class of 2019! Your first Disney trip payment can be made on or before June 2nd. Any payment amount in multiples of $100.00 can be submitted to either Ms. LaRocca or Mr. Blenderman. Please make checks payable to: DHS Special Funds
  • Relay for Life is June 3, from 4pm - 12am and we need volunteers.  If you are still in need of community service hours, we can offer up to 7 hours.  The dates are:  Friday night 6/2 (5p-8p), Saturday 6/3 (1p-5p set up, Luminarias, registration & 10p-12a clean up).  If you want to volunteer, please contact Marie Langer,  Thank you!   • Diggerland USA is an outdoor construction theme park that is in the business of fun. They are now hiring for ride operators, admissions, arcade attendants, birthday hosts, food prep, and the kitchen crew. Call 856.768.1110 if interested in a job.
  • Congratulations to the DHS Student Council who received two awards at yesterday’s NJASC  Awards ceremony. 

    The first award was for Excellence in Community Service, the award is called the Community Smile Award.   The DHS Student Council also was named to the $1000 club a designation for student  that raise over 1000$ for the state charity. The state charity for the 2016-2017 school year was Bianca’s Kids. This is the first time that DHS has won state awards in student council in over two decades. Congratulations!

  • Any student that DOES NOT have a 9th period class should report to the cafeteria during that time.


  • Any senior who will be attending an historically black college in the fall should see Mrs. James in guidance for a scholarship opportunity. Applications are due June 5th.
