FITNESS CENTER RULES

1. Horseplay, abusive behavior, and foul and/or abusive language are prohibited.
2. No food or drink allowed in the weight room (water only).
3. All weights must be re-racked when you are done with them.
4. Wipe down benches and equipment after use.
5. Use equipment only as it is intended.
6. If you are not sure about an exercise, as for assistance.
7. ALWAYS have a spotter.
8. Proper attire is required at all times. Appropriate footwear (athletic sneakers) must be worn. Boots, "slides," and open-toed shoes are not permitted. Shirts must be worn at all times.
9. Wipe down all equipment after use with spray bottles and paper towels provided.
10. You are here to exercise, not socialize. Please do not loiter in the fitness center.
11. Students have the priority to use the fitness center. Staff can use it as long as students are not displaced.
12. Please make sure that the exit doors from the fitness center to the parking lot are NOT propped open.  Humidity and moisture are not good for the machines and/or equipment.

FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THE ABOVE RULES OR ANY OTHER DHS RULES AND REGULATIONS MAY RESULT IN SUSPENSON AND/OR DISMISSAL FROM THE FITNESS CENTER!
